CONNELL CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF DECISION

On August 21, 2024, following a closed record hearing, the Connell City Council approved the preliminary plat of Heritage Heights with eight conditions. A copy of the Notice of Decision will be mailed, emailed or given to any person who requests the same from the City Clerk’s office at 509-234-2701 or mortiz@connellwa.org.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Resolution No. 2024-09 has been passed by the City Council of the City of Connell, Washington on September 4, 2024 setting forth the city’s intent to vacate an alley right-of-way.

 

Property Owners:    City of Connell

Site Location:           Alley west of N Fifth Ave. and North of West Adams St.

A public hearing will be heard for the purpose of taking public comment on this resolution concerning said vacation before the City Council of the City of Connell, Washington, at its regularly scheduled meeting October 2, 2024, at 6pm, or soon thereafter.  All interested persons may appear and provide testimony. This hearing will be held to create a written and recorded record of the public testimony regarding this matter.

All persons wishing to comment on said matter may do so before the City Council at the appointed time of the public hearing.  Persons wishing to comment in writing may submit comments to the attention of Sterling Joyner, City of Connell, PO Box 1200 Connell, Washington 99326.  Deadline for receiving written comments is 12:00 noon Monday September 23, 2024.
