Building
The Franklin County Building & Planning Department will provide current planning and building services. The Franklin County Building Official and Inspectors shall administer all building reviews, issue building permits, and conduct project site inspections in accordance with the International Building Code (IBC) standards most currently adopted by the City of Connell.
Note: All applicants and contractors shall coordinate directly with Franklin County Building & Planning for permit processing, inspection scheduling, and code compliance requirements throughout the duration of the project.
