You can pay your Utility Bill by text!!

The City offers Pay by Text! Another convenient way to pay your utility bill by simply responding "PAY" to a text notification. Log in and choose the PAY by TEXT option at http://www.xpressbillpay.com/.

 

Pay by Text is available!

Once you’re configured, you will be able to pay your utility bill by simply responding “PAY” to a text notification. 

1. Setup is similar to Auto Pay. You simply log in and choose the Pay by Text option in the upper right-hand corner of your ebill display. 

2.Choose your payment method.

3. After choosing your payment method, click "SAVE". You will receive a confirmation text.

4. Once signed up, when your ebill becomes available, you will receive a text with the total amount due and due date.

5. You simply reply "PAY" to pay the full amount due.

6. Finally, your payment will process and you will receive a SUCCESS text with the transaction details.
