NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE (TITLE 17) TEXT AMENDMENT

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CONNELL PLANNING COMMISSION will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 5:30 pm, or shortly thereafter, at Connell City Hall located at 104 E. Adams Street, Connell, Washington to consider the following:

 

Applicant:

Clover Planning & Zoning LLC, Agent for Connell Heights Townhomes LLC

 

Request:

Amendments to Title 17 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Connell Municipal Code to allow workforce housing within the RM (Medium Density Residential) and RH (High Density Residential) zoning districts.

 

Location:

Not site-specific; the proposed amendment would apply to all properties zoned RM and RH within the City of Connell.

 

Proposed Land Use:

No change; Residential

 

All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and present testimony in support of or in opposition to the proposed amendment. Written comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing to the City Clerk, City of Connell, P.O. Box 1200, Connell WA 99326, and will be provided to the Planning Commission for consideration.
