The Connell Cloudburst

A project of the Downtown Development Group, this mural is based on an historic 1907 photograph of a flood that occurred that August. Mural artist Pat Boyer and assistant Laura Benefiel completed work on the project, with assistance from correction center residents, in September 2005.
