TEMPORARY SEASONAL SUMMER POSITIONS HEAD LIFEGUARD The Head Lifeguard is responsible for the supervision and scheduling of lifeguards and ensuring the smooth operation of the City pool. Must be at least 18 years of age; possess current Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certification, Red Cross CPR, and First Aid certification, in addition to a WSI or ability to obtain a WSI prior to pool opening. Two years lifeguard experience required, experience as a Head Lifeguard or Assistant Head Lifeguard desired. Salary DOQ. Position open until filled. LIFEGUARD Works under the supervision of the Head Lifeguard. Must be at least 16 years of age; possess current Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certification, Red Cross CPR, and First Aid certification, WSI desired but not required. Salary DOQ. Positions open until filled. WATER SAFETY INSTRUCTOR Works under the supervision of the Head Lifeguard. Must possess current American Red Cross Certifications of the following: Water Safety Instructor (WSI), Lifeguard Training, CPR and First Aid.
